Full-Time | Direct Hire | Onsite | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide leadership to Emergency Department nursing staff during night shift operations
• Serve in a charge RN capacity, overseeing patient flow, staffing assignments, and department coordination
• Deliver direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate quality patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (minimum)
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire or within 30 days of hire or transfer
• Minimum of 5 years of Emergency Department RN experience
• Minimum of 2 years of Charge RN experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within an emergency department setting
• Strong communication and team coordination skills in high-acuity environments
