Cath Lab Supervisor – Invasive Cardiology

Schedule / Job Type

Full-Time, Direct Hire | Days: 7:00am – 5:30pm with rotating day off (Monday or Friday) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise clinical duties within the Invasive Cardiology department
• Ensure quality care for adult and geriatric patients undergoing invasive cardiovascular and electrophysiology procedures
• Implement and evaluate care programs to promote effective and safe patient outcomes
• Provide charge, lead, and supervisory oversight in a high-acuity cardiovascular procedural environment
• Maintain professionalism and clinical standards across all procedural activities within the Heart Center

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree required
• Minimum 3 years of recent Cath Lab or EP Lab experience in a high-acuity cardiovascular procedural environment
• Minimum 1 year of charge, lead, or supervisory experience in a Cath Lab or procedural setting
• ACLS certification required within 30 days of hire or transfer
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire or transfer
• Must hold at least one of the following: ARRT-R with MRT through the Texas Medical Board, RCIS, RCES, CEPS, or CCDS

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in both Cath Lab and Electrophysiology Lab settings
• Background in program development or quality improvement within a cardiovascular procedural unit
