Full-Time | Direct Hire | Onsite | Nights – Three 12-Hour Shifts (7p–7a)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to OB patients greater than 20 weeks gestation in a fast-paced Labor & Delivery unit
• Manage patient assignments within established ratios in both L&D and OB Triage settings
• Collaborate intra- and interdisciplinary to deliver safe, high-quality patient care
• Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to manage high-acuity obstetric patients
• Maintain open communication and accountability within the care team while supporting a culture of safety

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 18 months (1.5 years) of Labor & Delivery or Antepartum RN experience
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required (must be obtained within 30 days of hire if not current)
• AWHONN Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification required within 30 days of hire

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a Level II or higher Labor & Delivery setting strongly preferred
• Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and collaborative approach to patient care
