Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and treatments to patients in accordance with facility protocols and standards of care
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional abilities and quality of life
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license valid in the state of Tennessee
- Minimum of 2 years of occupational therapy experience
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a fast-paced clinical environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel therapy experience
- Experience in an acute care or hospital-based therapy setting
