Contract (13 Weeks) | Night Shift (5:00 PM – 5:15 AM) | Rotating Schedule (Thursday/Friday and Friday/Saturday/Sunday) | 24/36 Hour Rotating Guarantee
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes to appropriate clinical staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality resident outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maine
- Experience in a long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
- Ability to work night shifts including weekend rotations
- Current BLS/CPR certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel or contract nursing experience in an LTC/SNF environment
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems used in long-term care settings
