Contract | Days | Onsite | Preferred schedule: Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients within a skilled nursing facility setting
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support patient outcomes
- Complete clinical documentation in Net Health in accordance with facility standards
- May be required to float to a nearby sister facility within walking distance
Required Qualifications
- Active California Occupational Therapist license, or license in process under the 60-Day Rule
- Strong clinical documentation skills
- Effective time-management abilities
- Flexible and collaborative mindset
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
- Familiarity with Net Health documentation platform
