Contract | Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM) | 12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours per Week Guaranteed | Every Other Weekend and Holiday Rotation | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to long-term care and skilled nursing residents across night shift hours
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions using an electronic medical records system
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Coordinate care for a diverse patient population including long-term care and short-term rehabilitation residents
• Participate in location-specific orientation prior to beginning independent assignment duties
• Rotate weekend and holiday coverage on an every-other basis

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nebraska or compact eligibility
• Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
• Willingness to complete facility-specific orientation
• Ability to commit to a 13-week contract assignment with a minimum 14-day notice requirement prior to any early departure

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with Point of Care (PCC) electronic medical records system
• Experience caring for short-term rehabilitation patients in addition to long-term care residents
• Familiarity with an 88-bed SNF or similarly sized facility environment
