Travel RN – Emergency Department (Night Shift, 13-Week Contract)

Contract | Travel | Full-Time | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | 13-Week Assignment | Projected Start: July 27, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 28-bed Emergency Department with a 1:4 patient ratio on the night shift
• Perform and assist with emergency procedures including intubation and central line placement
• Operate and monitor equipment including ventilators and Baxter IV pumps
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech Expanse EMR
• Participate in rotating weekend coverage as scheduled
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including charge nurses, medics, triage nurses, and unit secretaries

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS or ENPC certifications
• Demonstrated emergency response skills and direct patient care experience
• Ability to work night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification preferred
• Experience with Meditech Expanse EMR
• Team-oriented and adaptable personality with flexibility in a fast-paced environment
