Key Responsibilities

• Deliver radiation therapy treatments to patients in accordance with prescribed treatment plans
• Maintain a patient load ratio of approximately 20 patients per Radiation Therapist
• Operate and monitor radiation therapy equipment to ensure accurate and safe treatment delivery
• Document patient treatment records and report any changes in patient condition to the care team
• Collaborate with oncology and radiology staff to coordinate patient care within a pediatric trauma center environment

Required Qualifications

• Active Texas Radiation Therapist license (or applicable compact license)
• Current and valid ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy
• All required certifications must be current and unexpired at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Radiation Therapist experience
• Reliable personal transportation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a pediatric or children's hospital setting
• Familiarity with Level II Pediatric Trauma Center environments
• Openness to permanent placement if opportunity is presented
