Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Rotating Shifts | 40 Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility setting
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality resident outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities
  • Rotate across shifts as scheduled, including weekends as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Active Hawaii Registered Nurse (RN) license required prior to contract start date
  • Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility nursing
  • Ability to work rotating shifts
  • Availability to work weekends as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Prior travel or contract nursing experience in an LTC/SNF environment
  • Familiarity with electronic health records and long-term care documentation standards
