Travel Respiratory Therapist – RRT / NICU

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Night Shift (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every Other Weekend | 36 Guaranteed Hours | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and interpret arterial blood gas (ABG) draws and analysis
- Assist with intubation procedures and airway management
- Administer nebulizer treatments, IPPB, Metaneb, and CPT therapies
- Operate and manage mechanical ventilators in NICU and ICU settings
- Provide respiratory care across all patient age ranges, including neonatal populations
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient and family-centered care with strong customer service skills
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 2+ years of hospital-based respiratory therapy experience
- NICU experience required
- ICU experience required
- ED experience required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience operating Servo I ventilator
- Experience using I-Stat point-of-care testing device
- Familiarity with Meditech documentation system
