Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Monitor and report patient progress toward established therapy goals

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Nevada (permanent license required)
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to assignment start
• Candidates must not have worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the past year

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
• Familiarity with outpatient documentation platforms and electronic medical records
