Contract | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat an average of 14 outpatient patients per day
- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient care
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of California
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to manage a full outpatient caseload in a fast-paced clinical setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
