Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat outpatient caseload averaging 14 patients per day
- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Monitor and document patient progress in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of California
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Ability to manage a high-volume outpatient caseload
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Experience managing a caseload of 14 or more patients per day
