Contract | Travel | Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Expected 36 hours/week with rotating weekends | 13-Week Assignment | Projected Start: July 27, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 40-bed Medical/Surgical unit with a 1:7 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Perform unit-level procedures including EKGs, glucose monitoring, and venipuncture
• Document patient care accurately using the Meditech electronic health records system
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including a clinical nurse coordinator, PCTs, and a unit coordinator each shift
• Adhere to floating policy, which requires contract staff to float to like units as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active, current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg RN experience
• Proficiency with standard medical/surgical equipment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with Meditech documentation system
• Experience working in a high-volume or large acute care hospital setting
• Comfort with rotating weekend scheduling in a travel assignment context
