Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services within a Critical Access Hospital setting
- Deliver care across multiple settings including inpatient, outpatient, home health, and nursing home
- Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of diagnoses and functional limitations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient recovery and outcomes
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Nebraska or a Compact State license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued through the American Heart Association
- Experience providing physical therapy in an acute or clinical setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a Critical Access Hospital or rural healthcare environment
- Comfort working across multiple care settings including home health and long-term care
