Contract (13 Weeks) | Nights (3x12 Hours, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) setting
- Work night shifts on a 3x12-hour schedule, including every other holiday and 3 weekends per six-week schedule
- Float to NICU and Acute Care Pediatrics units as needed based on staffing requirements
- Adhere to unit-specific protocols and maintain accurate documentation within the electronic health record system
- Participate in specialty-specific orientation modules as required
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in Virginia (pending license accepted; must be in hand by the Wednesday prior to start date)
- Current BLS certification
- Current PALS certification
- Epic EMR experience required
- Nursys verification required at time of submission
- Professional references required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Pediatric cardiac experience
- BSN degree preferred
