Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days — Monday–Thursday 7:30 AM–5:30 PM, Friday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a daily caseload of 10–12 patients
- Perform patient lifting and transfers in accordance with established safety protocols
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records using EPIC EMR
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care
Required Qualifications
- Active state Physical Therapy licensure from the Board of PT Examiners or PT Compact Commission
- Outpatient physical therapy experience required
- Demonstrated lifting and patient transfer skillset
- Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience (first-time travelers accepted)
- Minimum 1 year of experience with EPIC EMR
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Rehabilitation hospital experience preferred
- Experience working in a high-volume outpatient or acute rehabilitation setting
