Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions including hip and knee replacements
• Provide occupational therapy services to neurological patient populations
• Deliver skilled, short-term rehabilitative care in a 126-bed facility
• Participate in weekend rotation as scheduled
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of California
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Ability to work a 5-day-per-week schedule including weekend rotation
• Experience or competency working with orthopedic and neurological patient populations

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or short-term rehabilitation setting
• Experience treating post-surgical hip and knee replacement patients
• Familiarity working with managed care patient populations
