Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5 x 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week | Flexible scheduling options available, including potential four 10-hour shift configuration | Clinic hours Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–7:00 PM; Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services across a diverse patient population including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• Conduct 60-minute evaluations and manage a caseload of approximately 55–60 patients per week
• Treat a broad range of diagnoses including orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions such as ACL tears, rotator cuff injuries, disc herniation, Parkinson's disease, vestibular disorders, TBI, and more
• Participate in group and concurrent therapy sessions as well as gross motor assessments and caseload screening
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using the NextGen documentation system
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including PTs, PTAs, aides, and support staff

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license or eligibility to practice in the state of Georgia
• Outpatient physical therapy experience required
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload across multiple patient age groups and diagnoses
• Proficiency or ability to quickly learn the NextGen documentation system

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 1 or more years of physical therapy experience preferred; new graduates with orthopedic experience will be considered
• Experience treating neurological conditions such as CVA, MS, Parkinson's disease, spinal cord injury, or TBI
• Familiarity with vestibular rehabilitation and concussion management
