Contract | Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to neonatal patients in an intensive care unit setting
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding appropriately to changes in status
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of recent, permanent experience in NICU
• Active and unrestricted Ohio RN license or valid compact state license — must be in hand at time of submission
• Active AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification — must be in hand at time of submission; no pending certifications accepted
• One professional reference from a manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, supervisor, or director in the NICU specialty from an assignment within the past 12 months (co-worker references not accepted)
• Must be able to pass required ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation (two attempts maximum)
• Clear background check required; open cases or license hits will not be accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 18 months of NICU experience within a single facility preferred
• Prior travel nursing experience in a NICU setting
