Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift (3x12 Hours, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Every other weekend required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit within a short-term acute care facility
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:4
• Float to other units within the facility or to affiliate facilities based on staffing needs and individual skill set
• Document all patient care activities accurately using Epic electronic health records
• Participate in holiday coverage, committing to 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)

Required Qualifications

• Active Oregon RN license (may submit with license pending)
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience with prior travel nursing experience in Medical Surgical / Telemetry
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health records
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility (local candidates accepted at an adjusted rate)
• Must have a personal vehicle available for use during this assignment
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to float to multiple units or affiliate locations
