EP Lab Tech – Electrophysiology Lab (Scrub Tech)

Olathe, KS
Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Days | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM with one scheduled day off per week; occasional late finishes to complete cases | No weekends, on-call, or holiday requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Scrub and assist during electrophysiology procedures including ablations (AFib, AFlutter, WPW, SVT, VT, PVC) and device implants (PPM, ICD, Micra)
- Support Watchman procedures and Laser Lead Extractions
- Assist with cardiac stimulation procedures using Bloom stimulator
- Float to Cath/IR and EP lab areas as needed
- Operate and document within the EPIC electronic medical records system
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of electrophysiology experience
- Hands-on experience with pacemakers (PPM, ICD, Micra), ablations, Watchman procedures, and Laser Lead Extractions
- Active ARRT, RCIS, or RCES certification
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- No new graduates accepted
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Minimum 2 years of combined Cath/IR and EP experience
- RNs with demonstrated Cath/IR/EP scrub experience will be considered
