Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM | 8-Hour Shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and dispense medications accurately in accordance with facility protocols and state regulations
- Perform intravenous (IV) admixture and compounding duties as required
- Support pharmacists in daily pharmacy operations within a medical center setting
- Maintain accurate medication records and ensure proper documentation
- Adhere to all safety, compliance, and infection control standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Texas Pharmacy Technician registration or licensure
- IV Certification required (Texas compliant)
- Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy technician experience
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts; 3x12 schedule cannot be accommodated
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a hospital or medical center pharmacy setting
- Previous travel pharmacy technician experience
