Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 36 Hours per Week | Saturday, Sunday, Monday
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a working Supervisor/Charge Nurse across Med Surg and Emergency Room departments
- Provide direct patient care and clinical oversight during night shift hours
- Allocate nursing staff and resources to ensure appropriate coverage and patient safety
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and throughput
- Monitor and maintain compliance with clinical standards and facility protocols
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Current PALS certification
- Current TNCC certification
- Experience in both Emergency Room and Med Surg nursing
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior charge nurse or supervisory experience in a clinical setting
- OB and/or Newborn Stabilization education or training
