Contract | Nights (3x12-Hour Shifts, 19:00–07:30) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult ICU patients presenting with complex diagnoses including sepsis, septic shock, hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke, ARDS, pneumonia, craniotomy, and intracranial hypertension
• Manage advanced procedures including external ventricular drain (EVD) management, ICP monitoring, mechanical ventilation, heated high flow, BiPAP, CPAP, and tracheostomy care
• Administer and titrate vasopressors and execute Massive Transfusion Protocol as indicated
• Operate and monitor Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT)
• Accurately document all patient care activities and assessments using the facility's electronic health record system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality care in a fast-paced surgical and oncology ICU environment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience required
• Valid RN license (compact or Ohio state license) required at time of submission
• Nursing degree from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program required
• Active ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system required
• Prior travel nursing experience required; first-time travelers will not be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Oncology nursing experience is preferred but not required
• Experience caring for patients with neurological conditions such as stroke, craniotomy, or intracranial hypertension is a plus
