Contract | Days | 13-Week Traveling Contract | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in an outpatient clinic setting
• Deliver care at a primary clinic location with one day per week at a secondary clinic approximately 30 miles away
• Evaluate and treat patients to optimize health, function, and independence
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with rehabilitation goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in the state of Minnesota or ability to obtain prior to start
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• NBCOT certification required or eligible
• Ability to travel to a secondary clinic location one day per week

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in an outpatient or clinic-based rehabilitation setting
• Experience with a diverse patient population including pediatric and adult care
