Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (3x12-Hour Shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical / Telemetry setting within a short-term acute care facility
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:4, delivering safe and effective nursing care
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using Epic electronic health records
• Float between units and, as needed, to sister facilities based on staffing needs and individual skill sets
• Commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Medical Surgical / Telemetry nursing experience
• Minimum of 2 years of travel nursing experience
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health records charting system
• Must have a personal vehicle available for use during the assignment
• Must reside outside a 50-mile local radius of the facility
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience floating to multiple units or facility types within an acute care health system
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to support varying unit needs across multiple locations
