Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient clinical setting
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs and goals
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
- Maintain compliance with facility credentialing and quality assurance requirements
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts (permanent state license required)
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to start
- Must maintain licensure in good standing throughout the duration of the assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation systems
