Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient clinic setting
- Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Deliver therapeutic interventions in alignment with established care protocols
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Arizona (permanent license required)
- Prior experience in an outpatient or relevant physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet credentialing requirements prior to assignment start
- Must provide proof of license application within 5 business days of booking if licensure is pending
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel or contract physical therapy experience
- Familiarity with outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation settings
