Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in a home health setting
- Complete and maintain accurate OASIS documentation in compliance with home health requirements
- Meet productivity expectations of 6 points per day or 30 points per week
- Adhere to dress code standards including business casual or solid color scrubs
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license valid in Virginia or a qualifying compact license
- Minimum of 1 year of home health experience
- Proficiency in OASIS documentation
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Specialty experience within the last year
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a home health environment with high caseload productivity standards
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems used in home health settings
