Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | 36 Guaranteed Hours | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to Medical Surgical and Oncology patients in an acute care hospital setting
- Manage a patient ratio of 1:5–6 under night shift conditions
- Accurately document all patient care activities and assessments using EPIC electronic health records
- Float within service line to meet facility staffing needs as required
- Fulfill weekend shift requirements, which may include Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday rotations every other weekend
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license (Missouri or applicable compact license); pending Missouri license submissions accepted
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Medical/Surgical or Oncology
- Current BLS (BCLS) certification required
- NIH Stroke Scale certification required
- Fire Safety certification required
- Demonstrated experience with EPIC electronic health records system
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in an acute care hospital environment
- Familiarity with telemetry monitoring in a Medical Surgical setting
- ACLS certification (required prior to compliance deadline for this location)
