Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day/Night Rotating Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 7:00 AM–7:30 PM / 7:00 PM–7:30 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Stepdown/IMC unit, with potential to float to progressive care and emergency department settings for the same patient population
• Monitor and interpret ECG cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Complete required orientation assessments including ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate with an acceptable passing score
• Participate in holiday rotation, working at minimum every other holiday as required

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of combined permanent experience in Stepdown or IMC specialty; travel experience acceptable
• Active permanent Ohio RN license or valid Compact State license required at time of submission
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross BLS certification required
• Active ACLS certification required
• Active NIHSS certification required
• All required certifications must be active and in hand at time of submission — no pending certifications accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• PCU/Progressive Care Unit experience preferred
• 18 months of experience within a single location preferred, though combined experience will be considered
