Travel RN – Maternal Fetal Medicine Unit

Contract | Travel | Days | 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM | 13-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a 10-bed Maternal Fetal Medicine unit with a 1:3–4 patient ratio
- Assist with and support vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, D&C, cerclage, and C-hysterectomy procedures
- Utilize electronic fetal monitoring equipment and operate Baxter infusion pumps
- Document patient care accurately using Cerner EMR and FetaLink
- Provide immediate newborn care as needed
- Float to Labor & Delivery, Mother-Baby, and NICU units as required
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 1 year of Labor & Delivery experience
- High-risk obstetric experience
- Competency in immediate newborn care
- Current NRP certification
- Current BLS/ALS certification
- Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Circulating experience in an obstetric or surgical setting
- Outgoing, friendly, and adaptable personality well-suited to a fast-paced maternal care environment
