Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | Every Other Weekend Required | Projected Start: 08/31/2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 44-bed Progressive Care Unit with a patient ratio of 4:1 (up to 5:1 when stretched)
• Perform neurological and spinal checks, C-collar placement, and TLSO brace management
• Manage chest tubes, PCA pumps, IV infusions, lumbar drains, and feeding tube placement
• Administer blood transfusions and monitor patients on continuous IV therapy
• Operate unit equipment including IV pumps, Skylift, and patient lifts
• Float to stepdown and med-surg units as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• Current ACLS certification
• Current BLS certification
• Current NIHSS certification
• Neuro and trauma care experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Progressive Care, Stepdown, or IMC setting
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR
• Experience with tracheostomy care and management
