Contract | Onsite | Rotating Day/Night Shifts (3x12-Hour Shifts) | 7:00 AM–7:30 PM / 7:00 PM–7:30 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) setting
• Monitor and interpret ECG rhythms and respond appropriately to cardiac changes
• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Rotate between day and night shifts as needed to meet operational requirements
• Participate in required orientation assessments, annual modules, and competency evaluations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of combined permanent experience in CVICU (travel experience accepted)
• Active permanent Ohio RN license or valid Compact State license in hand at time of submission
• Active AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification required
• Active ACLS certification required
• Active NIHSS certification required
• Must achieve acceptable scores on ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation (maximum of 2 attempts)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 18 months of CVICU experience obtained within a single facility
• Familiarity with cardiovascular critical care protocols and hemodynamic monitoring
• Prior travel nursing experience in a CVICU specialty
