Registered Nurse – Operating Room (Pediatric Circulator)

Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 5x8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM, with call rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Perform circulating RN duties within a pediatric operating room environment
• Participate in on-call rotation as part of the late call team
• Adhere to facility scheduling expectations, including non-guaranteed block scheduling
• Float to like units or campuses within a 20-mile radius as needed
• Comply with all facility credentialing, compliance, and holiday coverage requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in Tennessee or a valid compact RN license compliant with NLC guidelines at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of recent OR experience with at least one prior travel assignment completed, or 3 years of OR experience without prior travel
• Pediatric OR experience required
• Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility (strictly enforced)
• Willingness to work call shifts and applicable holidays per facility requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 3 or more years of OR experience
• EPIC EMR experience
• BSN degree
