Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Nights, 3x12-Hour Shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) | 19:00–07:30 | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations across inpatient, outpatient, emergency, and interventional radiology settings within a Level II Trauma Center
- Operate ultrasound equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images in accordance with departmental protocols
- Document and chart all patient encounters and imaging results accurately using EPIC
- Float to a nearby women's and children's campus as needed to fulfill STAT examination requests
- Collaborate with radiologists, cardiologists, and clinical staff to support timely and accurate patient care
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of ultrasound technologist experience required
- Active ARDMS certification required
- Current BLS certification required
- Valid state license or compact license must be in hand at time of submission
- Willingness to float to a sister facility approximately 2 miles from primary assignment location
- Must commit to working 3 of the following 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day
Preferred Experience / Skills
- ARDMS certification in Abdomen (AM) preferred
- ARDMS certification in OB/GYN preferred
- ARRT (S) certification preferred
- Experience charting in EPIC
