Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care within a Maternal Fetal Medicine unit during overnight shift hours
- Monitor and assess high-risk antepartum and labor and delivery patients throughout the shift
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in accordance with facility protocols
- Respond promptly to changes in maternal or fetal condition and initiate appropriate clinical interventions
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery or Maternal Fetal Medicine
- Current BLS certification required
- Ability to work 12-hour overnight shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
- Travel nursing experience or willingness to work as a travel clinician
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a high-risk or Maternal Fetal Medicine specialty unit
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems used in labor and delivery settings
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
