Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Rotating Weekdays, Weekends, and Holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care/PCU setting with an estimated patient ratio of 1:4
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate nursing interventions throughout the night shift
• Float to different units within the health system organization as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Accurately document all patient care activities and clinical findings using electronic health record systems

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license – compact or Ohio state license required and must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of PCU experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• Current ACLS certification required
• Current NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system required
• Nursing education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a large academic medical center or complex health system environment
• Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to float assignments across multiple unit types
