Registered Nurse – IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Contract | Days (3x12 Hours, 7:00–19:30) | Onsite | Weekdays and some weekends with rotating holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intermediate Care/PCU/Stepdown unit with an estimated patient ratio of 1:3
• Perform IV starts and telemetry monitoring as core clinical duties
• Float to units of equivalent or lower acuity level as needed
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using an electronic health record system
• Participate in rotating holiday coverage as required

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license (compact or state license required at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of PCU experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Demonstrated proficiency in IV starts and telemetry monitoring
• Epic EMR experience required
• Nursing education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• Strong adaptability and ability to work across units of varying acuity levels
