Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every Other Weekend Required | Holiday Rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Monitor, assess, and respond to critically ill patients during night shift hours
• Participate in holiday rotation and every-other-weekend scheduling as required
• Float within scope to like units as needed, consistent with expectations placed on staff nurses
• Participate in emergency response team assignments during hurricane season (June–November) if required by facility

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of ICU and/or Stepdown experience required
• Active South Carolina RN license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start date
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health records
• Candidates must reside outside a 60-mile radius of the facility; locals are not accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• NIHSS certification preferred
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred; first-time travelers with ICU and/or Stepdown background will be considered
