Travel RN – Electrophysiology (EP) Lab

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Travel | Days | 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM), 4 days per week | 13-Week Assignment | Weekend call required: 2 days every 6 weeks (Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an EP Lab setting with a 1:1 patient ratio
- Assist with and support electrophysiology procedures including ablations, device implantations, Watchman procedures, and loop recorder placements
- Operate and utilize specialized equipment including X-ray/PACS, Cardio Lab, iStat, ESI, Carto, Arrhythmia, and Cryo systems
- Accurately document patient care and procedural information using Cerner EMR
- Maintain flexibility for late-stay requirements as needed based on procedural volume
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of EP Lab experience
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
Preferred Experience / Skills
- RCES (Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist) or RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certification
- RT(R) – Registered Radiologic Technologist credential
- Demonstrated flexibility, efficiency, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced procedural environment
