Travel Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer – Radiology

Contract | Travel | Nights | Sunday – Wednesday, 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound and sonography procedures within a hospital radiology department
• Operate ultrasound equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images for physician interpretation
• Adhere to facility scheduling policies, including rotation of every other weekend and holidays alongside permanent staff
• Function as part of a float unit, providing coverage across applicable departments as needed
• Maintain compliance with facility protocols, including dress code and departmental standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer
• Experience in a radiology department setting
• Ability to work a night shift schedule (7:00 PM – 5:30 AM, Sunday through Wednesday)
• Willingness to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital staff
• Current and applicable ultrasound/sonography credentials as required by facility and state

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel assignment experience in a hospital or acute care environment
• Familiarity with float unit responsibilities and multi-department coverage
