Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift (5x8s, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) | Every third weekend required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Endoscopy/GI setting within an acute care hospital environment
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio throughout assigned shifts
• Participate in on-call rotation approximately every third weekend (Friday 3:00 PM through Monday 6:00 AM), shared among the endoscopy nursing team
• Fulfill weekday on-call responsibilities after 3:00 PM as scheduled and split among the nursing team
• Remain within 30 minutes of the facility during all on-call hours or arrange to stay on-site as needed
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Endoscopy RN experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
• Active South Carolina RN license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start date
• Current BLS certification required
• Current ACLS certification required
• Must be able to remain within 30 minutes of the facility during on-call periods

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience charting in Epic electronic health records system
• Familiarity with acute care hospital environments and endoscopy protocols
