CT Technologist – CAT Scan (Travel Contract)

Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Full-Time | Days | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Rotating Weekends | Minimal to No Call Required
Key Responsibilities
- Perform CT/CAT scan imaging procedures in a high-volume, fast-paced imaging services department
- Provide quality diagnostic imaging for a diverse patient population including stroke and trauma cases
- Operate and maintain primarily GE imaging equipment in accordance with department protocols
- Collaborate with a large team of imaging technologists and clinical staff across multiple modalities
- Maintain a calm, professional demeanor while managing high-acuity and critically ill patients
- Adhere to department dress code and unit guidelines, including olive scrub tops and black pants
Required Qualifications
- Active ARRT certification (CT modality required)
- Active Texas Medical Board (TMB) licensure
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of CT technologist experience
- Demonstrated experience in stroke and trauma imaging environments
Preferred Experience / Skills
- CT modality-specific licensure or certification (e.g., ARRT-CT)
- Experience working in a Level I or high-acuity trauma center setting
- Familiarity with GE imaging equipment
- Strong team collaboration skills with a flexible, positive attitude
