Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift, Monday–Friday (makeup visits on weekends as needed)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services in an outpatient setting, with approximately 20% of visits conducted at assisted living facilities.
- Conduct daily patient visits within a 50-mile travel radius, with an expected weekly mileage of 50–75 miles.
- Attend daily stand-up meetings at 8:30 AM, Monday through Friday.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Wellsky charting software.
- Manage a caseload ratio of approximately 6–7 patients.
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist license in good standing.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent licensed OT experience; new graduates will not be considered.
- At least 1 recently completed travel assignment required.
- Experience with homecare and/or HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) is required.
- Current BLS and First Aid certifications required.
- COVID-19 vaccination and booster(s) required per state guidelines; medical/religious exemptions considered on a case-by-case basis with required weekly testing if approved.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in outpatient therapy settings combined with community or assisted living environments.
- Familiarity with Wellsky electronic medical records platform.
