Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Days | Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures in accordance with department protocols and established standards of care
- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients as directed by physician orders
- Operate and maintain nuclear medicine imaging equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality
- Evaluate image quality and make technical adjustments to produce diagnostic-quality results
- Document procedures accurately and maintain patient records in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and clinical staff to support patient care and workflow
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience
- ARRT (N) or NMTCB certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology
- Current and valid state licensure as required
- BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Ability to fulfill travel assignment requirements for a 13-week contract
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel assignment experience in a hospital or acute care setting
- Familiarity with a variety of nuclear medicine imaging modalities and protocols
