Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM) | 3 x 12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours per Week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to rehabilitation patients during overnight shifts in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans for patients recovering from injury, illness, or surgery
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams including physical, occupational, and speech therapists to support patient recovery goals
- Monitor patient status, document clinical findings, and communicate changes in condition to appropriate team members
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Current BLS certification
- Prior experience in a rehabilitation or related acute care nursing setting
- Ability to work 12-hour overnight shifts (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital environment
- Familiarity with rehabilitation-specific patient populations including neurological, orthopedic, and stroke recovery patients
