Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients across two facility locations in the Towson and Sykesville, MD area
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Monitor and document patient progress toward therapeutic goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support optimal patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Maryland
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Ability to work a split assignment across two facility locations

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a multi-site or split-assignment setting
• Strong adaptability and organizational skills to manage responsibilities across locations
